At Morton’s Football Vault, we take pride in sourcing and supplying genuine football shirts and sportswear. Every item is carefully inspected and authenticated before being offered for sale.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please ensure you carefully review all photographs, descriptions and measurements before purchasing.
Authenticity Guarantee
We are committed to selling only authentic products.
If you believe the item you have received is not authentic, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of your concerns. We may request photographs or additional information to assist with our investigation.
If the item is confirmed to be not authentic, we will:
- Accept the return of the item.
- Issue a full refund of the purchase price.
- Reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.
Items returned under the Authenticity Guarantee must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must not have been altered, washed or damaged after delivery.
