Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

While we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, dispatch times may occasionally be longer during particularly busy periods.

Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
• Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
